Analyzing Organizational Change and Its Effectiveness

This course is designed to provide an understanding of the kinds of organizational systems that are able to change quickly in the global economy and the reasons some organizational structures and systems are able to problem solve and adapt more effectively than others. At the end of this course, students will have a good working knowledge of the various models, frameworks and theories that help explain how organizational change and reform occur. Students will understand the necessary strategies for leading and managing systemic, large-scale change, difficult polarities and group processes.
