Building Capacity for Organizational Change

The purpose of this course is to focus on issues related to building organizational capacity for change through the development of personnel within the organization. The course addresses how to foster the participation of external stakeholders such as the community, board of advisors and other participatory groups to create an environment of organizational learning, inclusion and transparency. The course will also focus on the use of strategies for building on human capital strengths through a process of evaluation and feedback, and identify processes to promote a culture of personal and professional development throughout the organization.
