Measurement and Evaluation for Decision-Making (Inquiry 2)

The purpose of this course is to examine theories, concepts and procedures for assessing intellective and non-intellective characteristics and for evaluating individual and program performance. Topics such as bias and ethics in measurement and evaluation and reliability and validity will be addressed. Students will apply this knowledge to develop or select measurement variables and protocols to gather data for their dissertation of practice.
