Career Outcomes

Earning a graduate degree from the USC Rossier School of Education prepares educators for success in a variety of settings.

Fieldwork in your Master of Arts in Teaching programs is integrated throughout. Our dedicated Placement Team will work with you to secure a placement at a school in your community. For many of our students, this experience is similar to an internship that could turn into a full-time job.

Career Services

We have a Career Services department that is committed to providing career assistance. Our services include resume building, mock interviews, networking, job searching and more.

All students have the opportunity to work with one of our career services specialists during their time in the program. You will have access to hiring webinars, resume critiques and job sourcing that will prepare you to find employment upon graduation.

Who are our grads?

Our graduates work all over the United States and around the world. Their work helps fulfill the USC Rossier mission to achieve educational equity through practice, research and policy.
