The Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership online (OCL online) from USC Rossier is an EdD program for those eager to drive change across different kinds of workplaces: private firms, nonprofits, government organizations or higher education.

This program is not recommended for K–12 educators. For those with a background in K–12 education, we offer a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (EDL online) program.

Designed for You

The OCL online program is designed for working professionals. It can be completed in three to four years.

No Master’s Required2

Those with a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of professional leadership experience can pursue the traditional 60-unit track. We offer a 43-unit advanced standing track for those who hold a master’s degree.
