USC Rossier Online combines face-to-face weekly classes, dynamic self-paced coursework and personal interactions with a worldwide community of educators to deliver an online learning experience unlike any other.
Led by USC Rossier faculty, class sessions are held in a seminar format on a live video platform. Students experience a face-to-face learning environment in which faculty and peers participate in scheduled class sessions each week.
The student to faculty ratio is approximately 15:1.
Class recordings are available 24/7.
Classrooms can be used for group meetings and faculty office hours.
Each week, students tackle a rigorous curriculum developed from the ground-up by USC faculty and produced by world-class instructional designers. Dynamic Learning Delivered Online
USC Rossier Online coursework consists of interactive online lessons, various reading materials, dynamic videos and recorded lectures. These assignments are designed to build upon the week’s lessons, foster collaboration between students and develop essential skills that can be used in the real world. Students experience early integration of meaningful fieldwork in their courses from the start. For working professionals and current educators, fieldwork can be completed in their own classroom or organization. For aspiring teachers, fieldwork will take place through a placement in a classroom in their community. USC Rossier Online brings students from all over the world together in a face-to-face learning environment. Students will develop relationships with a community of peers, faculty and alumni, participate in study sessions, social groups, online events and collaborative discussions, as well as create an online portfolio to showcase their evolving skills and experience.
